Maintain daily functions of RV Park Office. Responsible for guest registration and satisfaction, gift shop and tour sales. Coordinate tours and transportation needs for guests. Must be able to deal with the public in a calm, efficient and pleasant manner at all times. Works at the direction of the RV Park Manager. A bonus incentive program may be available depending on job performance and season completion. Eligible applicant should have relevant experience to manage all aspects of the RV Park operations such as individual and caravan reservations, site assignment, check-in & check-out, tour sales, gift shop sales and inventory management, personnel management and safety and maintenance management. Appreciation for the highest standards of cleanliness of campgrounds, public areas and the ability to train staff accordingly are imperative. Maintaining the like-new appearance of all facilities and personal attention to guest needs and safety must be enforced. Works at the direction of the General Manager. A bonus incentive program may be available depending on job performance and season completion.
